OJ Not Suing over Derby Snub


Just three posts into the not suing blog and I'm thinking it's time to have a rubric to judge whether "not suing" is all that newsworthy. After all, if you're already a fairly unsympathetic sort suing isn't going to add any redeeming qualities to the public's perception of your character.

New Jersey Mom NOT Suing!

As reported May 1, 2007 by South Jersey's Courier-Post

Nita Lawrence, whose son Shykem was paralyzed in a scrimmage football game between Woodrow Wilson and Eastern Regional high schools on Aug. 25, said Monday she never gave a Michigan lawyer authorization to file paperwork naming both high schools in a potential $10 million lawsuit.
